  • Michael Minckler, M.D., M.B.A.

    Dr. Michael Minckler attended medical school at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Dr. Minckler is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

    With a mission to be able to provide direct service to patients outside of a hospital setting, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and opened the Arizona Injury Clinic.

    Dr. Minckler strives to utilize his knowledge, skill, and expertise to provide accessible, quality, and individualized care to each of his patients.

  • Luis Lozano, PA-C

    Luis Lozano, PA-C, is a graduate of the Yale School of Public Health and completed his medical training at Northern Arizona University. Since 2020, Luis has been practicing both Internal and Family Medicine, focusing on a holistic approach that treats the patient as a whole rather than just addressing a diagnosis. Outside of the clinic, Luis and his wife enjoy gardening and raising a flock of chickens. He is also committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work with local free clinics, providing care to uninsured patients.

  • Dr. Samuel Etienne

    Dr. Samuel Etienne began his medical career as a respiratory therapist, dedicating many years to patient care in that field. His passion for medicine grew, leading him to pursue further education abroad at a foreign medical school. After earning his degree, he returned to the U.S. to practice as a physician assistant.

    With extensive experience in primary care, Dr. Etienne now specializes in pain management. He is certified by the American Academy of Pain Management (AAOPM) and has expertise in treating patients with back and joint pain. He is highly skilled in administering various injections, including those for the shoulders, knees, ankles, and spine (cervical, lumbar, and epidural injections).

    Dr. Etienne is committed to providing compassionate and effective care to a diverse range of patients. Married for 37 years, he enjoys traveling with his wife and watching sports in his free time.

  • Gregory C Etienne PA

    Greg Etienne was raised in the Rio Grande Valley region of South Texas and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad México Americana del Norte in Tamaulipas, Mexico, in 2018. From an early age, he knew he was called to serve others through medicine. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Greg is an adaptable and experienced medical professional with a strong background in assisted living, palliative care, emergency response, and preventive medicine. His extensive experience includes serving as the Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Operation Afghan Welcome, where he led a team of 200 healthcare providers caring for approximately 10,000 Afghan refugees. He also helped lead the top COVID-19 treatment center for unaccompanied refugee minors entering the United States—further fueling his passion for humanitarian healthcare.

    Today, Greg serves patients at Arizona Clinic, where he is recognized for his ability to offer a broad range of medical services thanks to his comprehensive training. He takes pride in providing individualized, high-quality care and believes his diverse experience sets him apart from other providers. Outside of work, Greg enjoys watching basketball—especially cheering on his favorite team, the San Antonio Spurs. He met his wife Cristina during medical school, and together they share a deep commitment to practicing medicine with compassion and integrity. They have three young children, and when not in the office, Greg cherishes time spent with his family exploring all that the Phoenix area has to offer.

  • Dr. Corbin Ballam

    Dr. Corbin Ballam is a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine specializing in Internal Medicine. With years of experience in both primary care and outpatient internal medicine settings, Dr. Ballam brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to patient care. He is deeply committed to transforming how healthcare is delivered by focusing on personalized treatment, accessibility, and transparency.

    After serving in traditional healthcare systems, Dr. Ballam founded his independent clinic in Tucson to remove unnecessary barriers between patients and quality care. His practice emphasizes preventive medicine, hormone therapy, chronic condition management, and patient education.

    In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Ballam is an advocate for system reform and patient empowerment, often integrating emerging tools like AI and 3D medical technology into clinical care and operations.
